I Enjoy Being a Ringler Consultant Because...

"I'm passionate and committed to helping individuals and families who have been injured, and enjoy the challenges and rewards of providing security and peace of mind through a well-designed structured settlement annuity."

Introduction

Scott is one of the nation’s most respected and successful structured settlement consultants. Over his 25-year career with Ringler, he’s handled more than 5,000 cases in every state, placed over $1B in structured settlement annuity premiums, and earned the Producer of The Year designation multiple times, most recently in 2022.

It was Scott’s prior experience in the financial services industry that led to his advocacy for structured settlements. He recognized that tax-free annuities were not only best at matching future payment streams for injured claimants, they were also cost-effective for defendants, thus making structured settlements a win-win for both sides.

Scott’s detailed understanding of the legal and financial aspects of structured settlements allows him to work closely with attorneys, insurers, self-insureds, and all other parties involved in the settlement of personal injury and non-qualified claims, helping to produce the best possible outcome for all stakeholders.

Scott received his BS in International Business from Ithaca College in 1994. He’s a member of the National Structured Settlement Trade Association (NSSTA) and earned its Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC) designation in 2002. Scott is also an active supporter of the American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD).
