Saphyna Delgado joined Ringler in 1999 and has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining Ringler, Saphyna spent several successful years working in the insurance industry. She was a Claims Specialist at AIG Claims Services, where her responsibilities included AOE/COE investigations, rehabilitation, reserving, permanent disability rating, subrogation, quarterly file reviews and settlement negotiation.
She assists and educates claims adjusters, attorneys, mediators and judges in bringing cases to resolution employing structured settlements.
Saphyna’s emphasis on quality customer service is evident in the structured settlement process, with involvement in every facet of the case from negotiation of settlements using substandard ratings to creating, reviewing and processing documents.
Saphyna has a wide range of personal interests, including travel and various type of outdoors activities. She also is an avid movie fan.
