PAID Act Helps Clarify MSP Law

Dear Colleague,

Even the most astute in settlement negotiations struggle with CMS rules and regulations regarding Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) law. Recent passage of the PAID Act will help resolve some of these issues by:
