WAJ President Paul Gagliardi Announces
100x100 Let America Know™ Membership Campaign

MADISON – Paul Gagliardi, President of the Wisconsin Association for Justice, recently announced the start of an aggressive Let America Know™ membership campaign to Association leadership called 100x100. The full text of his announcement follows:

An Important Message
From Your WAJ President

Dear WAJ Leadership:

In December, the WAJ Board of Directors approved Let American Know… a new email based grassroots campaign that I believe will dismantle the myths Wisconsin citizens are being told about civil justice. We will present this program to all of our membership in April. Our year-one goal is to sign up 100 attorneys – each with a list of 100 clients – so we can energize 10,000 people every month. And that’s just a start.

But first I need to ask those of you who have already given so much to the profession to take the lead again and be the first Wisconsin attorneys to join Let America Know. Doing so will clearly demonstrate our commitment to putting this campaign to work for all of us. I’ve already joined, and I can tell you it’s simple and effective.

Please view this three-minute online video describing how the program works. If you like what you see, sign up! The first Wisconsin version of our Let America Know e-newsletter will then go out on Tuesday, March 9. The price after your trial is $49.95 per month, a small investment given the return to you and the profession.

During my acceptance speech, I talked about shining a light on the fear-based misinformation campaigns about lawsuit abuse. I firmly believe Let America Know can help us accomplish this goal one member at a time.

Paul Gagliardi
President, WAJ

Let America Know™ Generates Positive Buzz
At Minnesota Association of Justice Annual Convention

ALEXANDRIA, Minn. – The Let America Know™ booth was a "hotspot" at the recent Minnesota Association for Justice (MNAJ) Annual Convention with several attorneys checking out the popular new e-marketing program for trial lawyers.

"Attorneys quickly grasped the dual benefits of this program," said Steve Miller, Chief Marketing Officer for Let America Know™. "It's a fabulous and inexpensive personal marketing tool, and it is an excellent way to reach out to the public with positive messages about the trial lawyers profession."

The name and slogan – Let America Know... The Truth – also dovetailed nicely with the theme of this year's conference: The Truth About Justice. "When newly-elected MNAJ President Mike Bryant said during his acceptance speech that the association will also work 'to shine a light on the misinformation in the fear based campaigns about law suit abuse,' I couldn't help but think how perfect Let America Know will be in helping accomplish that mission," said Miller.

There was also plenty of time for fun at this year's convention. Attorney Dave Schneider, from the Schneider Law Firm in Willmar, Minn., won the Let America Know drawing for a free iPod Shuffle.

Minnesota Association for Justice
Grants Let America Know™ Affinity Partnership

MINNEAPOLIS – The Minnesota Association for Justice (MNAJ) announced an affinity partnership with the new e-mail communication program specifically for trial attorneys called Let America Know™.

“This new affinity partnership will enable MNAJ to provide an additional service to our members, which will be mutually beneficial to trial lawyers and their professional association,” according to a statement issued today by Carla Ferrucci, MNAJ Executive Director.

“Let America Know is also a powerful personal marketing tool,” added Arthur C. Kosieradzki, co-founder of the program and a prominent Minnesota trial attorney. “It provides lawyers with a highly professional, affordable e-newsletter that is customized for their practice and automatically sent out each month to their clients, past clients and other top referral sources.”

Kosieradzki outlined how it works:

  • Attorneys create their own newsletter with custom content: photo, personal greeting, breaking news, and full contact information. Updating can be done at anytime by logging on to a secure account from any Web browser.
  • Meanwhile, the Let America Know editorial staff works closely with the profession, including MNAJ, to craft feature articles that entice and inform clients on the issues they care about most: safe toys, common medical errors, top crash-rated cars, workplace injuries, lawsuit myths, and much more.
  • Every month the feature articles are automatically merged with each lawyer’s custom content to create and send a complete email newsletter to the lawyer’s secure list of clients and contacts.

“Like everyone else, I’m sick of the constant drumbeat of falsehoods circulated every day by some business interests and their mouthpiece groups,” said Fred Soucie, successful trial lawyer, distinguished MNAJ member and Let America Know subscriber. “Here’s a chance to do something yourself to counter this propaganda and market your practice, all for less each month than a power lunch. It’s a no-brainer,” he said.
