Terms of Service

First Month Charge
Your credit card will be charged $100 immediately upon registration and submission of your billing information to receive the first "send" of IN YOUR INTEREST to your subscriber list during the third week of the month. If you sign up after the newsletter is delivered but before the end of the month, your $100 fee will be applied to delivery of the following month's newsletter.

Monthly Charges
Your credit card will then automatically be charged $100 on the 10th of each month. You will be notified by e-mail if for some reason the charge does not clear and your billing information needs to be updated. If the required information is updated before the 10th of the month, your newsletter service will continue. If not, your member registration may be suspended until your account has been updated.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your registration for IN YOUR INTEREST at any time. If you cancel by midnight CST on the 9th of the month, you will be placed in our inactive member list and your credit card will not be charged for delivery of that month’s issue of IN YOUR INTEREST. You will be charged for that month's issue if cancellation occurs after the 9th of the month.

Notification of Changes
Voice2News, LLC, owner of IN YOUR INTEREST, will notify its members and users via email if we make any changes to our Terms of Service. Any new policy will be posted on our site at least one week prior to its taking effect.
